K-12 Meal Essentials will assist your organization in following the proper local, state, and federal procurement regulations in order to obtain the most competitive pricing within your organization. We offer the following support services -

• Assistance with the Local Agency Procurement Review (LAPR)

• Advise organization on appropriate procurement methods when establishing vendors for the upcoming school year

• Develop informal and formal procurement methods based on the total dollar amount of the contracts needed

• Develop a Request for Proposal (RFP) in order to properly procure a Food Service Management Company (FSMC) 

• Assist with the development of a Procurement Policy and Procurement Code of Conduct (required by the USDA)
